Lillian leads the J&J Design Lab in the Asia Pacific region. She actively contributes to conversations traversing design and healthcare, and last gave a presentation at a roundtable organised by EDB and Dsg. Lillian is actively hiring designers for her team in Singapore. She is also recently asked to provide feedback to SUSS to help evaluate their new Graduate Diploma in Experience Design, on Dsg’s connection.

Lillian led the launch of the J&J Design Lab in the AP region three years ago and started forming a multi-disciplinary creative team. Together, they design and build systemic solutions (digital + physical) to innovate the future of care for patients, providers, and families. Their deep collaboration with J&J’s Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer businesses also integrates design thinking into development processes and expands J&J’s innovation capabilities.

Throughout her career with clients as diverse as Intel and Frank Gehry, Lillian has designed experiences that consider people’s needs in a landscape of fast-moving culture and technology. Ultimately, her multi-disciplinary work and teams strive to uphold J&J’s purpose: “We blend heart, science, and ingenuity to profoundly change the trajectory of health for humanity.”
