Welby Altidor is passionate about creating dream experiences that people can touch and share with the ones they love. He is currently the Group Chief Creative Officer for CITYNEON, where he has been leading the organization’s transformation and evolution since 2017. He leads and guides Cityneon’s diverse teams and networks of storytellers and designers to create dreams that people can touch and share with the world.

Before Cityneon, Welby spent 16 years working at the era-defining and industry disruptive live entertainment company Cirque du Soleil. As their executive creative director of creation, Welby led the ideation and creation of multiple show such as LUZIA: A waking Dream of Mexico and Kurios and the world renowned Las Vegas hit show Michael Jackson ONE. He also spearheaded the creation of Cirque du Soleil’s Innovation lab – which combines the art of technology and the science of art – and spent almost 10 years leading a global talent scouting office to identify the world’s most unique talents
