Organised by the Society of Interior Designers (Singapore), the Singapore Interior Design Awards Concept 2017 (SIDA Concept 2017) aims to recognise outstanding Interior Designers / Interior Architects / Designers. PDA is proud to announce that our PDA alumni – Jackson Tan, Co-founder and Creative Director, BLACK Design Pte Ltd & PHUNK; and Fong Hoo Cheong, Founder of HCF and Associates, have been invited to be part of the SIDA CONCEPT 2017 Jury Panel along with eight other renowned jurors.
Jackson was also a juror for PDA 2016 and is returning for PDA 2017/18. He was awarded Designer of the Year in 2007 and he was also behind the ubiquitous SG50 logo, commissioned by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth for Singapore’s 50th birthday celebration.
Hoo Cheong was the lead designer behind the Design of Year 2015 Fugue 1, 3, 5, 7 – Archifest Pavilion 2014 which is a construction made out of stools found at coffee shops.
