Kotchakorn Voraakhom is a Thai landscape architect and Chief Executive Officer of Landprocess and Porous City Network. The landscape architectural social enterprise looks to increase urban resilience in Southeast Asia and works with communities to rebuild productive public spaces. United Nations awarded Voraakhom as Winners of the UN Global Climate Action Awards on Nature-based Solutions for Urban Adaptability.
Featured in the 2019 TIME 100 Next, a list from TIME Magazine —that spotlights 100 rising stars shaping the world’s future, CNN Design, and New York Times. She serves as Global Commission on Nature Positive Cities for World Economic Forum. Voraakhom is a Chairwoman of the Climate Change Working Group of the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA). She is currently a Design Critic Faculty at Harvard Graduate School of Design.
