Boon Gee is founder and Managing Director of LOOK Architects. Renowned for works that are involved with great inventiveness and sensitivity, the practice has received both local and international acclaim.

Boon Gee received his architectural training at University of New South Wales in Australia, and established LOOK Architects in 1993 after returning to Singapore. He went on to build an impressive portfolio of works that spans across a wide array of disciplines, encompassing urban infrastructure, high-density housing, educational, civic institutions and healthcare facilities.

Among the numerous awards the practice has garnered are the International Architecture Award presented by The Chicago Athenaneum 2012, 2009, Design for Asia Award 2012, 2009, Cityscape Architectural Review Award (2006) and the President’s Design Award – Design of the Year 2007. Boon Gee is a proud recipient of the President’s Design Award – Designer of the Year (2009).

He is a member of the URA Design Advisory Panel (Orchard Planning Area), HDB (Housing Development Board) Architectural Design Panel, NEA (National Environment Agency) Design Advisory Panel and a jury member for the recent Wisma Geylang Serai design competition.
